Our Joomla! Templates are licensed under the GNU General Public License.

Some of our Products contain Third-party products and services. These products and services may be under different licenses and are not entirely under the same License with our Products.

Product delivery

Free Products

All our free downloadable products are available for direct download without paying any money. However, we do keep track the number of products downloads and might want to ask for you email address for further support and care.

Commercial products

All paid downloadable products can be downloaded with membership or as a single product. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use Paypal, Master Card, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our membership plan.

Your membership information will be emailed to the email address. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hr up to 24hrs depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Our system may saves all downloads made by user with premium membership.

Product Compatibility/Updates

All Joomla templates are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of Joomla. JoomLead templates and Helix Framework support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer 9+.

Paid template updates are available to our club members while their club subscription is still active. But you can still use installed templates even when your membership will ends.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

Domain Limit

No! There is no domain limit for all themes, which fall under GPL license. You can use our themes on unlimited number of domains.

Copyright Removal

You are allowed to remove all copyrights related to our products. Leaving credits to JoomLead.com is highly recommended and appreciated.

Money Back Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. We are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 07 days of your original purchase.

A couple of small points:

• We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
• Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. To submit a refund request, please open a support ticket or contact us
