TeaTree Install Error /installation/angie/models/database.php::L40 - JoomLead

I can not seem to get pass this error

Application Error
Please submit the following error message and trace in its entirety when requesting support

Error — Call to undefined function json_decode()
/home/grassguy/public_html/New/installation/angie/models/database.php::L40

Can anyone help me out?

Hi Marvin,
Please re-download the package and try again. We just updated the akeeba component and Helix3 framework 2.5.8

I have done this and got it to install but I can not edit the theme now I have sppro how do I edit the theme images text etc…..
