change menu & off-canvas text color

Where/How do I change the text color for the menu and off-canvas?
I changed the menu background color (header area) and now the template text color (white) cannot be seen on the white background.
Using Energy template, Joomla 3.8
site is local on my computer so I cannot provide link.

Sorry the site is on local on my computer. How can I insert a picture to show the area I mean?

Refers to the horizontal lines (on the right indicating an off canvas menu) in a boxed heading format, Energy template.
