Front-end editing

Can’t seem to edit modules in the front-end of my website that’s using the Copious Pro template. I get the ‘Module Saved’ message, but the changes don’t show. I’m trying to determine if it’s a template issue or a Joomla configuration issue. Please advise.
I’m using:
Joomla 3.9.22
Gantry 5.4.34
PHP 7.3.17

Could you please switch to the default Joomla template (protostar) and let me know if it works for this case ?
