How to RTL The Arc Template - JoomLead

I do not know how to RTL the arc template. there is a file named rtl.css in my arc template but how i can use it?

Hi Mary,

RTL layout will apply automatically depends on the joomla language you use on front-end. Which language you set for front-end?
