Issue with Quix modal popup “modal popup” layer

Hi guys. I’m a brand new user of this forum.

I have a problem with “modal popup” Quix feature.

When I use it, an invisible layer floats over the page of website, and it’s impossible to click in different menu items, buttons, etc.

I show an image of the layer. All under the blue colored area, doesn’t work.

Can you tell me if you know, how can I fix this?.
