[Solved] Unit Slider Update Error

Hi Tony,
we want to update the Unite Slider Component which is part of the JL_Particles Template.
From vers. 5.08 to 5.012

But an error message appears and we can´t update.

Warning: Update path does not exist.
Message: Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_.

Any suggestions?

Hi Petra,

I had this update problem with the Unit Slider also recently and now again, as you said here.

Tony sent me a download link, about which the update worked. However, this is probably not a solution that can be permanent.

Tony: How can we solve the update problem of the Unit Slider?

Unite slider itself does not support direct update via Joomla back-end, simply download the newest release and reinstall it.
