The message box after pressing the rate button appears on the top of the page and pushes menu and logo down. The popup should not interfere with the layout of the website. Please advice.

For some reason files are not loaded … after examining the console. I disabled Akeeba admin tools to check if it blocked access to these files but still the same. The template directory allows access to files. Can you please investigate ?

Thank you for your help Tony. I have enabled Uikit3 atom but still problem persists. I have repeated installation just in case but the problem is still there. I know I probably do something wrong but I can not find what. Can you please help?
