Where do I get support?
All questions and issues can be submitted under Ticket Support System. Or you can send email to support(at)joomlead.com with your detailed information (your site URL, screenshots if needed)
We only provide assistance through our Ticket. We don’t provide technical-related help through any other channel at this time.
For Pro Joomla Template
Our commitments on Forum Support for PRO Customers are:
- Provide support on matters related to product’s exploitation and possible malfunctions.
- Provide support on light product’s modifications such like little CSS code tweak.
- Be ready to access to customer’s website back-end to investigate and resolve the issue.
- Provide support even if product was slightly modified by customer.
- Guarantee 12 – 16 hours response time.
For Free Joomla Template
We will check your questions and issues regarding to free Joomla Template on a daily basis. Bug fixes due to those will be applied in the next releases.
What Our Support Service Covers
We only provide help for our Products. Our Customer Services covers help with Product installations, configuration and use.
- Any Joomla compatibility error arising from a fresh product install.
- Help with functionality of our products, which is not specified in our documentation.
- Issues with a JoomLead template setup.
- Issues relating to a broken JoomLead product functionality.
- Functionality of JoomLead products which does not work as advertised in the product’s description.
What Our Support Service Doesn’t Cover
We don’t support 3rd party modules/components/plugins as we do not initiate the coding of such. You might need to contact the 3rd party modules/components/plugins providers for help.
