How can I center the menu for the brighton theme

Hi Alan,
Please open custom.scss file located at joomla/templates/template_name/custom/scss/ then add
```
#g-navigation .g-main-nav .g-toplevel {
    display: block;
}
#g-navigation ul.g-toplevel {
    text-align: center;
}
```
