Brezz – Styling Teaser like "Our Team"

Hi everybody,

first of all sorry for my stupid questions, but I can’t find a desription how I could:

1. style my teaser like the “our team” stage in you Brezz demo website

2. how to have more stages also as shown in your demo.

I only have standard and leading articels with standard teaser formats on my website.

Quickstart installation was not possible. Just figured it out once more again. Error message: installation xml missing.
