Cookie consent font damaged

Hello,

everywhere on my website based on JL_Kickoff_pro quickstart template the encoding is ok except Cookie Consent particle, where fonts are damaged. The website is in Czech language. Could you please give me an advice where to fix it? I tried to set fonts, choose latin_ext encoding, but not success for now…
