    Hi George,

Could you please give me the administrator account and ftp account to check this issue? I see the 404 error message on your site. Something was wrong with your installation process. Screenshot https://imgur.com/a/mmi5m

Fixed, the problem that you added LIVE SITE URL while installing the quickstart package. Now the site is working, however there’s a problem with your files/folder permission.

Solution: Contact your hosting provider, ask theme to chmod all files to 644 and all folders to 755

You can see a lot message related to files/folders permission on your demo site now

failed to open stream: Permission denied in

Or you can chmod files/folders by yourself using cpanel control.

    Tips: https://docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_recursively_adjust_file_and_directory_permissions%3F

If you still face the issue about permission, please let me know

“please see my post earlier that i send in here, new installation on my server is working correct not done with quickstart.”

Strange, did you upload the Joomla cms package and start the installation process? Or its just a one click joomla install feature provided by hosting provider?

one click install from installatron, but i think i give up i try everything to get this shit installed and nothing works. I never had problems like this and i installed hundreds of quickstart and template with sameple data manully.

    Hi George,

One click installation from hosting provider working because they already assigned the correct permission for the packages(managed by them). Some hosting didn’t assign the permission correctly when user uploads the packages. Is it possible to give us the hosting account so we can install the quickstart package for you?

    Thanks for your time.

I will delete all files in demo folder and will install the quickstart here. Is it okay?

Madas quickstart installed and I just correct the permission for files/folders.

Your hosting using direct admin, I see a lot files/folder changed the ownership (UID) permission from your id owner to APACHE that why you faced the issue with permission.

Site up and running, however, the permission still not correctly, take a look https://imgur.com/a/kzyp0

Following this tutorial https://www.templatemonster.com/help/joomla-3-x-warning-failed-to-move-file.html to chmod and reset the owner permission but it still didn’t change anything.

IMO, you should contact your hosting provider to correct the permission, because if the permission is not correct, you cant install any component for your site. Or we will issue a refund for you so you can give a try with other template provider 🙂

Plus, Your hosting using php version 5.5, its NOT recommend by Joomla itself, please consider to update the php version at least 5.6

    Thanks
