installations quikstart not working

i will check all the needed and let you know, thank you so far. feel sorry it was not possible with installatron this makes all very difficult and work intensive

thank i did change all file and folder permissions but not able to update within joomla the version thats why i normaly like to use installatron to do this.

i always same error even when change permissions :

Are you able to install joomla component ? If yes, try Akeeba admin tool https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/admin-tools/fixing-permissions.html to fix files permission for your joomla then try to update again
