Hi there,
Did you add the link for the Button or whole card? If you add the link for button only, you can remove the Link text and link for special items. Then add custom button right below the text content with custom target.

Its possible, refer to the Uikit doc https://getuikit.com/docs/accordion#component-options
Option toggle is assigned to > .uk-accordion-title by default, you can create custom css class for icon <div class="open-close">icon here</div> then adjust code for the accordion behavior liketoggle: > .open-close
